This book was bought for me by a friend. She had read a pre-release review and immediately thought of me. Now I’m not sure if I should be offended or not. Greedy, moi? Surely not.
This tightly written novel is fiction at its most simple and pure — a look into someone else’s life and the opportunity to walk in someone else’s shoes. #ShiftYourPerspective
Although I will never be an ultra distance runner or even a runner who runs every day, I do understand his need to run. The pleasure (and sometimes pain too) that can come from being able to run freely and confidently is a joy.
